Our 5 Challenge Focuses

We've got five days, five healthy habits to focus on! While these may seem simple enough, they're foundational pillars of good health and wellbeing that we often struggle to do consistently when we lead a busy life.

Consistency leads to results, so if you know what you 'should' be doing but it's just not happening, this challenge is for you!

Here's what you'll be aiming to check off:

  • EXERCISE - Get active for at least 10 minutes every day* (whether it's using the online workouts provided or doing your own thing) to help build consistency with your training.
    *this is a new movement goal that is updated from the video above!
  • NUTRITION - Learn healthy portion sizes and find out how to balance your macros so you can eat delicious, nutritious food and have more flexibility with your diet.
  • WATER - Drink 2 litres of water each day to stay hydrated for better health.
  • SLEEP - Aim to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night for better energy, immunity, stress support and recovery.
  • SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY - Share your daily wins in the Facebook support group (it's like a check-in with your personal trainer and a daily reminder to keep things up!).

BONUS: Mini lessons each day of the challenge in our private Facebook group to teach you strategies that you can use beyond this challenge.

‘Having trained and coached busy women for more than 15 years (and being one myself!), I know what works and what doesn't. This 5 day challenge is all about kickstarting healthier habits that help you to ditch dieting and unsustainable exercise, so you can get fitter, feel more energised and find balance.
