Who is Ange Noy?
I'm the founder of Grace, Grit & Gratitude. With more than 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, my passion has shifted towards coaching busy women to build sustainable habits that you can stick to for life.
In my early 20’s, I worked long hours in a desk job in the city, did little to no exercise, had an increasing waist measurement and wasn’t concerned about nutrition; a far cry from my early teenage years where I never thought about my weight, played every sport imaginable and ate a relatively healthy diet.
A hormonal imbalance called PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) magnified my weight gain and from a young age I had hereditary high cholesterol, but it took a doctor to tell me that I needed to start exercising and eating healthier before I took action and began to make the lifestyle changes necessary to turn my health around.
Mainstream gym practices alone left me kilos lighter but physically and mentally burned out; this is how I found yoga. Now with two young children, a household to manage and several businesses to run I know how chaotic life can be, and how important it is to look after yourself.
I believe an holistic approach is needed for long-term health so I encourage finding balance in life and focusing on fitness, nutrition and wellbeing practices that are best suited to you as a unique individual. It can be overwhelming when there are a lot of things that need changing, but simple, small changes can lead to great results that last.

What will my time starting private coaching look like?
To be able to customise your programming for your individual needs, you will be sent two online forms to complete:
1. A Clarity Analysis form to get to know you better, what your health, fitness and wellbeing are currently like and what goals you would like to achieve.
2. A Fitness & Yoga Coaching form to learn more about your fitness or yoga preferences, any injuries, special considerations and a waiver.
I will then get in touch to make sure you receive the links to the forms. Once you've filled them out, you'll be contacted again to schedule your first Zoom session and further discuss your needs for your private coaching calls.
