Our 5 Challenge Focuses

We've got five days, five healthy habits to focus on! While these may seem simple and not fancy or glamorous, they're foundational pillars of good health and wellbeing that can be hard to do consistently when we lead a busy life.

Repetition brings consistency. Consistency leads to results, so if you know what you 'should' be doing but it's just not happening, this challenge is for you!

Here's what you'll be aiming to check off:

  • EXERCISE - Getting active* (whether it's using the online workouts provided, hitting 10k steps a day or doing your own thing) to help build consistency with your training. 
  • NUTRITION - Learn healthy portion sizes and find out how to balance your macros so you can eat delicious, nutritious food and have more flexibility with your diet.
  • WATER - Drink 2 litres of water each day to stay hydrated for better health.
  • SLEEP - Aim to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night for better energy, immunity, stress support and recovery.
  • SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY - Share your daily wins in the Facebook support group (it's like a check-in with your personal trainer and a daily reminder to keep things up!).

BONUS 1: Mini lessons every day will teach you strategies that you can use beyond this challenge.

BONUS 2: A single page macronutrients 'cheat sheet' you can refer to quickly and easily to help track your food intake.

BONUS 3: Finish the challenge and unlock two additional workshops (one focused on fitness, the other on nutrition) on how to get leaner with less effort.
