Berry Chia Overnight Oats

berry chia overnight oats

This recipe is great for breakfast if you're always short on time in the morning as you can prep it the night before. Also makes a healthy, delish dessert!

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (alternatively you can sub for 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • Thumb equivalent in slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)


Shake the protein powder and water together until mixed. In a jar or bowl, add the oats, chia seeds and protein mix together. Place in the fridge overnight.

Top with berries, almonds and optional coconut in the morning before serving.
