Simple Overnight Oats

Overnight oats is one of the quickest and easiest breakfasts to make - get it prepped the night before and by the time you wake up in the morning it will be ready and good to go!

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (can be any type of milk including almond, coconut etc., or water)


  • 1/3 cup fruit of your choice (such as mashed or sliced banana, berries)
  • A whole thumb of nuts or nut butter
  • A drizzle of raw honey if you prefer to sweeten the yoghurt


Combine oats, Greek yoghurt and milk in a bowl, stir well to combine, then cover and place in the fridge overnight. Add toppings in the morning and serve.
